Our Story
214 Dallas Lacrosse was established in the summer of 2015 with a mission to develop confident, skilled, and college-ready athletes through expert coaching, individualized development, and a team culture rooted in leadership, respect, accountability, and a genuine love for the game. Led by an all-female coaching and leadership staff, our program provides athletes with strong role models who understand the unique challenges of female student-athletes and are deeply committed to empowering girls both on and off the field.
Over the years, 214 has grown into a complete player pathway for middle school and high school girls across the Dallas area who are passionate about competing, improving, and preparing for the next level. Our teams are intentionally structured by age and experience, from Middle School Select through our College Development Group, ensuring every athlete receives developmentally appropriate training, competition, mentorship, and support.

We strive for excellence and our goal is to provide the best resources and guidance to allow players to excel in the proper environment in order to reach their highest potential both on a personal level and on a team level. We believe in intentional and athlete-centered development. We meet each player where they are, focus on mastering fundamentals, elevating lacrosse IQ, and building consistency in effort and execution. Through detailed instruction, high expectations, and game-like training environments, we develop players who are prepared to perform, adapt, and lead in elite competitive environments.
