214 provides comprehensive, hands-on recruiting support designed to guide families through every step of the recruiting process. We want to help EVERY athlete succeed no matter how they want to play at the next level.
- Dedicated Recruiting Coordinator: Athletes work directly with a seasoned, highly connected recruiting coordinator who understands the college landscape and maintains active relationships with college coaches at multiple levels. This ensures recruiting guidance is informed, strategic, and tailored to each athlete's goals, position, and level of play.
- In-House Highlight Film Development: We provide structured guidance on what to include and how to present yourself on highlight films that meet college coach expectations. All tournament film goes directly to our athletes Sports Recruits account so no need to film on your own.Athletes just need to share their highlight timestamps with our film crew and let them do the rest!
- Recruiting Education & Template Resources: Athletes and parents gain access to recruiting 101 video series that breaks down the recruiting process step by step. These resources provide clarity around rules, expectations, and best practices so families can make informed decisions at every stage. We also equip all of our athletes with proven communication templates to help athletes connect professionally with college coaches. This includes guidance on emails, camp invitations, and maintaining consistent, effective communication throughout the process.
Recuriting Coordinator
Coach Morgan McDonald brings a rare, full-circle perspective to the collegiate recruiting process—having experienced it herself as a Division I athlete and now guiding players through it as a coach, mentor, and advocate. A native of Northern California, Morgan relocated to Dallas in 2018 and has since become a trusted leader in both player development and recruiting education.
With over 10 years of coaching experience across the country—including at the Division I collegiate level—Coach McDonald has built extensive relationships with college coaches nationwide and a deep understanding of what programs seek in prospective student-athletes. As a head coach, she has compiled an impressive 135–37 record, won three high school state championships, and consistently guided players to compete and succeed at the next level.
As the Collegiate Recruiting Coordinator for 214 Lacrosse, Coach McDonald works closely with athletes and families to navigate every stage of the recruiting journey. From identifying the right collegiate fit and building recruiting timelines to communicating with college coaches and preparing recruiting materials, she provides clear, honest, and personalized guidance. Her approach emphasizes both athletic ability and academic alignment, helping players find programs where they can thrive on and off the field.
